FMCB Swap Disk method - Help please

Okies trying to install FMCB using disk swap.

Playstion is a PS2 Slim Model, SCPH 75003, Pal I think bios model 5D though not sure on that 1, With a PS2 8MB MC (Sony magic gate - sony scph-10020)

Got an original 007 agent under fire game, burned a backup copy with the modded elf file to force boot loader, downloaded noob pack of FMCB.
Load the game from original, get to second level load point, swap disk, load level and it crashes out.
The uLaunch Boot screen apears as such, just it split in half across screen. top is bottom, bottom is top split along centre.
Doesn't function. All controls frozen and non responsive.
Tried diffrent burns, with and without MC, with and without USB pen, without either. With diffrent controllers.
Always the same. Gets to the modded elf - looks like its loading screen appears and rolls over and dies.

Any ideas or help appreciated.

Any more info required don't hesitate to ask and I'll try and let you know.

Sorted it out. The noob pack download has a 900k uLaunch file which I tried using. There's an updated file at 1.2mb. which has now worked.
Now just to work out what's next
