FMCB Install NETGUI.ELF Madden 04 not working on SCPH 39001
FMCB Install NETGUI.ELF Madden 04 not working on SCPH 39001 –
Hi, i'm trying to install FMCB on a SCPH-39001, and it is not working with my madden 04 and blank DVD+R. i am using uLE 4.39. i have to make this short because it keeps saying i can't post links.. ask a question and i will answer it. i get a black screen and then the red ps2 format disc screen when trying to add new network to install it after switching the discs, the Game runs on the menu fine with the burned DVD+R but until the network it does that. i have madden 07 if i need to use that instead. thanks
Not all elf files will work I have never seen any of the sports games work. It is very limited which games do work for the exploit. Here is the list of games confirmed working, they are in green. Only two retail disc and one demo disc work, the rest all fail and it seems to be any that swap the elf files of net features that do not work.
PS2 Game Swap Trick
Suggest buying a 007 game they are cheap and easy to work with. Also Until the 5001 models Sony never officially supported +R media so your PS2 may be having a hard time reading the disc properly.
PS3 CECH-2501A [CFW] & CECH-3001 [OFW]/ PS2 SCPH-3901 & SCPH-7501/ PS1 SCPH-5501
Mod Cobra 4.46 v7.00 w/ E3 Flasher [CFW] & Cobra ODE 4.50 [OFW]/ Mod HDD-OSD [Phat] & Modbo 4.0 [Slim]/ Mod MM3
HDD 1tb [CFW] & 640gb [OFW]/ HDD 640gb & OPL v0.92 w/ 1.5tb SMB
everything runs fine on the burned DVD+R after swapping exept where i have to actually go online and install FMCBOOT. i played an actual exhibition match on the burned disc twice and when i go to were i need to it says the sony error. this was changed to madden 07 confirmed to work on another forum....and still didn't work lol so

Anyone else got any ideas?
I tried Socom 3 and it didn't work for me. When it comes down to it your best bet is getting 007 AUF. I spent countless hours trying to without it, with other games on that list, but nothing worked. 007 works like a charm, and is well worth the $6 on eBay, or $3 at Gamestop. After you install FMCB I suggest going the SMB route, and run your PS2 into your router so you can play games directly off your hard drive without having to burn discs. After I installed FMCB I didn't even get to play a game before my laser gave out, and my PS2 is a v15. It worked a few times, but now it won't read a single backup.
