FMCB with cheats?

Does FMCB allow cheat devices. I have used Swap Magic 3.8+coder with Memento before (altough it required a small mod to keep a few buttons pressed beneath the cover), so I want to know is it possible to cheat in games using Codebreaker, SM3.8 coder, Action replay or Gameshark? If it's possible, do I need to "mod" my slim PS2 again to keep the disc spinning even with the cover open?

Sorry if my typing is confusing

FMCB will allow you to run any thing you want that is created for the ps2, Let it be cheat devices or anything else.
