one more though. hopefully some one can dump their 128MB card (no saves on it) zip it and post it. then you should be able to flash it.

Thanks TnA that did the trick.

And thanks ffgriever for writing it nice work as always.
Guess I'm lucky I bought mem+ 64 and got used to working with a rolling screen before I found Lukasz runme1 ntsc. Now just have to get my tv in card from work so I can try and see all the features of this program on a non-rolling screen.
But worked great ps2 now sees 128mb and can copy files to the card.
    Thanks again

Unfortunately the version I've attached there has a terrible bug, that will cause many 8MB cards to be formatted as 6MB. I've corrected this one along with some other issues quite a while back (April or May most likely), but I did attach the wrong file.

Here is the correct one (attachment). It should be considered MC Annihilator 1.0a version.

This tool is quite useful in some cases, but unfortunately it never got popular... That's why I dropped real development and just made some fixes to make it suit my needs.

Its obvious advantage is that this tool doesn't actually use any kind of embedded mcman/whatever function to format the card. It works all the way at low level, writing to the card page by page. This way you can format it to any number of blocks (cmd version, in GUI you can choose any of 8/16/32/64/128 MB), move some critical parts of the filesystem and even fool mcman a little bit to make few things easier and faster . It also has quite good bad block checker (hehe, it should handle fine any case.... unless it's first block that got screwed - this cannot be fixed), so can be used to "repair" some old/broken cards. I have a version that does extended scan for bad sectors (useful for old and worn cards... for blocks that only sometimes give problems), but the method wasn't used in the file I posted. Some time ago I have resumed work on it, planned to make bilingual polish/english and dual system pal/ntsc version, also add some nice features like filesystem defragmentation, card reliability checker, card info screen and similar... but then again I got a lot more on my head that I was expecting, so I had to postpone work on many of the projects. But I guess it will eventually come out sooner or later.

And oh, you're welcome... glad I could help.

BTW. The app works just as well with PSX memory cards (but the card has to be properly detectable in ps2 mode - not all are, some are visible only in psx mode, while e.g. ps2 browser will show empty slot).

    Thanks ffgriever
The first one seemed to work great and being this one has bugs fixed I'll give it a try also.
Nice gui and work on the project and I actually like the fact its in Polish makes me have to work a little same as the pal on ntsc rolling thing gives me a little challenge and if i can't figure it out I just move ps2 over to my computer at work and the tv tuner solves the issue.
Thanks alot before this tool I was stuck at 64mb.
