Does not start FMCB :(

I buy PS2 (SCPH 70012 ntsc u/c) in USA not mod, but live in Europe. My friend has modchip PS2 (SCPH-77008 pal). I install FMCB using his console but on my FMCB does want to start. Is any solution ?

A. No. If you install FMCB on a MC on a console, you can not use FMCB on another console of a different region.
