.divx on ps2?

hi guys i wonder if ps2 can run a .DIVX files..?

yeah in sms player
sms can play

Divx encoded avi

you can just rename it into xx.avi it's the same, and since it's divx encoded vid, sms can play it

one stupid question.... what is sms?
