CogSwap Help.

I've been trying to install fmcb for the past few days now

..I tried installng uLaunch using the swap trick with 007: Night fire but it didn't work at all, so i replaced uLaunch with the Cogswap Elf. I got it working, then I made a Fmcb CD Installer using the noobie package onto a CD-R (following the tutorial) , I booted up cogswap (using the swap trick), pressed O , the ''Use Cogswap'' showed up, i switched to the CD, Pressed X, but it wouldnt read. It started spinning for around 20 seconds and the laser kept moving near the center of the CD and made a sort of clicking noise then the CD stopped spinning..I also tried putting uLaunch onto a DVD, i did the same again but the DVD just keeps spinning when i booted it in Cogswap.

Its a Slim Scph-75003 'PAL' if that makes any difference..

Anyone Have a solution? I'd like to get this sorted..

Woop! I got it working turns out i had to swap to put in a ps2 cd disc before i put in the ulaunch installer CD
