    Hello,

I have just bought a memory card with FMCB on, I followed a guide how to burn images to disc and everything worked find with the first two games. Dragonball Z budokai tenkaichi 3 and guitar hero II... And now when i try to burn Jak and Daxter my console says unable to read disc and I did everything right. I used TDK DVD+R 1-16x, 4.7 GB patched the image i downloaded with the program: ESR disc patcher GUI v0.24a.. And burned it to disc with imgburn latest version.
    My console:
    PS2 Fat (silver edition)
    SCPH-50004
    PAL

If anyone can tell me the problem,
    I WOULD BE GRATEFUL

I don't know if your other discs were +R or not, but on my slim console, the two +Rs I used didn't work at all, and the 3 -Rs worked fine, first try. Try using a -R, or it's possible that it was a bad burn, or a bad read/copy.

    Hope this helps!
    Happy gaming.

It is a setting in IMGBurn (and maybe DVDDecryptor also). That's the program I (and probably most everybody else) use to burn my discs. Unfortunately, I couldn't tell you how to use the setting. I do know, however, that it is near the bottom right corner of the screen after you are in image write mode.

This is actually kinda a funny, the first 2 games on dvd+R works then i burned the two other games to dvd-r nad got 1 kinda laggy game (bad quality) and a gta san andreas that only gets to loading screen..

I looked up the "booktype" fóund it and all that. And it says that it is on DVD+R so I don't get why it won't work.

Ye it has been set to that booktype all the time. So I guess it should be right.
