Another one who made money with FMCB

I just found someone who sales MC´s with FMCB and a tut for 15€ in germany....

I think 15€ is not expensive (cause the MC´s costs here in germany 7-10€) and he give a tut too.
But its the principle, FMCB is free and i don´t know if he had an agreement with jimmy if he can sell it.....

I think, that this he is free software, such as own license says, but can be distributed freely, but may not be sold without the permission of the developers.

but also, the seller may charge only the price of the MC, but how attractive the fremcboot.

its been discussed many times. a person can not charge for FMCB or any homebrew.

BUT there is no way of stopping people charging for their time to do the install. now some vendors mislead by not stating where the software comes from and letting it be thought they wrote it instead of only installing.

15 euro for a NEW card with FMCB installed is reasonable i think , for those who can not install themselves or don't want to attempt an install.

at least this guy got it correct with the date codes etc.... and from the translation he doesn't seem to be saying the software is his.... but he also does not state where he gets it from either.
a reference to this site would be nice....

i have just done 6 cards tonight and it took me under 30 minutes to do... when people charge $50 for a card plus postage then they are ripping people off.
