[Help] done with installing FMCB 1.7, but keeps restarting

Hey guys, please suggest me on what to do with this.

Went smoothly on installing, very easy.

But after FMCB boots, when I try to run any app, such as the HD Loader or the uLauncher, or, just, any app, FMCB would just restart.

Well I saw the uLauncher working successfully one time, but that's when I unplugged the mc and plugged it again - after FMCB boots, I unplug/plug the mc once again. That's the only thing that I could do to make FMCB to run any app.

Any suggestion how I could run FMCB smoothly??

Is it a china-clone-mc (like the 64MB-Versions?)?
If yes, this is most probably the problem.
Otherwise it could be your Console-Version, which has some incompatibility to FMCB, or you have an installed chip.

Yeah TnA, I guess it is a china-clone-mc.
Well, actually, I have two - one is definitely from china, and the other seems like an original but it has been showing issues with hd loaders even before I tried FMCB. Probably both are from china.

Haha, yeah, the sellers of those mc's were from Hong Kong...

Perhaps I should get a "real" original mc at places like target or bestbuy 'coz ebay is full of china clones???

You might do so, but I think FMCB 1.8 is much more compatible with clone-cards (once successfully installed).

The new loading-method is much different and I assume, it will work for you and others then.
