Winhiip always recreates HDL settings file
Winhiip always recreates HDL settings file –

Hey guys,
whenever I take out the PS2 HDD and connect it to the PC, Winhiip always says:
"HDL settings file is corrupt, it will be recreated"
So when I put it back into the PS2, HDL takes about 5 minutes to load the game list.
I haven't tried using OPL after adding new games to the HDD.
Will it also take 5 minutes to load the game list ?
This never happened before, but i think after using the newest FMCB, it started, since i stopped using ULE to launch HDL and the like.
Is there a way to stop this from happening ?
PS.
What happened to console-exploits ?

Do you mean how big is it ?
It's 500 gb, with about 100 gb left.
Isn't there a file that's saved in the memory card/usb drive/HDD whenever you access HDL and change around the modes or add new games to the HDD ?
I wonder why it keeps getting corrupted ?

its normal to take some time to create new hdl setting since you changed like deleting a game or installed some games
I wonder why it keeps getting corrupted ?
you may try to scan and repair via winHIIP 1.7.6
