Wifi OPL PS3
I have followed the guide and compiled the latest version of OPL (455). The reason for doing this was so that I could play Kingdom Hearts 2 gummi missions. Unfortunately, OPL can't seem to find my game.
OPL 0.7 works fine via Wifi . But the latest doesn't, it wont detect anything. Can anyone help?
IP address and everything is OK. I checked many times.
Also, latest version is prone to crashes, I had to delete config files, each time I start.
A bit more details about the lockup. It tends to happen when I make changes to IP and set ETH to Auto. Save Changes and restart --> crash.
I also noticed Wifi wont turn on when scanning for games initially (fresh start), it will only turn on after scan is finish. I can seem to force OPL to rescan without restarting.
I have also tried USB loading, it won't load, stucked at blackscreen.
Try to hook your ps3 up by a wired connection wireless is not as fast as a wired connection.
I dont have a crossover cable and my router is too far from my PS3.
I guess my question is, has anyone else tried OPL R455 with ETH? Do you experience the same thing?
Bumps at 23 minute intervals... Are you kidding us, or looking for trouble...?

That is the main reason why I, and probably many others, are not prepared to offer any real help with r455 such as you've asked for here. Another reason why I can't help with your specific problem is that I never use WiFi. I always use wired LAN.
My advice to you is to either back up a few revisions, or switch to another fork, still using the same config system most of us are still using. Then you could get plenty of help, I am sure.
But if you keep 'bumping' threads at so ridiculously short intervals as this time, then you will get into trouble not only with me, but also with other moderators and administrators, some of which have the power to 'ban' for such offenses.
So just stop such bumping! OK ?

Oops didn't realized I double posted when I refreshed the page on my iPhone. Not the best way to browse.
Thanks for your input. I will try an older build.
I managed to patched the game myself by doing code comparison from bitbucket and recompiled v0.7.
So explain more here, if you want to have it fixed in later revision.
Best would be to put a "diff" file here.
