When starting games some of them stops on the colored screen

When starting games some of them stops on the colored screen, what can I do?
I tried Mode 1 and nothing..
The games that stops there are: Motorstorm Arctic Edge & Tony Hawk's Proving Ground..
Y OPL NO AVE A BIG and GOOD COMPATIBILITY LIST?! (Just like HDL)

From what I have seen, OPL can play all but a few games that work better in HDL. Have you tried playing the games in other Modes? Some games work better if you combine Modes, like "Beyond Good and Evil" (Internal HDD) works better with Modes 1+2. What Color does the screen freeze on? That should give you an idea of what Mode or Modes to use. Also, have you tried searching the forums for those games? Someone has probably already come up with a solution to what is Required to get them to play.

And its rather rude to Scream a question at us, Please Keep your Caps Lock Turned Off, and Leave the Text at the Default Size. Fully Typing out every word would be a big help also.

The game stops at the Orange Screen and I've already searched for the games and I found nothing, the games are from Europe (PAL) same as my PS2.
Can you tell me why there are that colors before loading the game?

Use PSL injector v1 first on ISO before applying any other patch if it is required.
DNAS & IOPRP patches can be applied in USBUtil if needed

If still error, defragment the game with Power Defragmenter and/or make sure you're not using a USB drive above 1TB

What PSL injector v1 does? (I need a download link of it too, couldnt find it)
Whats DNAS & IOPRP patches (What they do to the game?),(And how to apply them? in OPL format or ISO?)
The Power Defragmenter is used in the ISO or the OPL format?
I use USB not internal HDD.

Thats all I want to know for now.

All these things are just if the specific game requires it. If you cant find a compatibility list with the games you're trying, then you'll just have to test yourself.
You can use the PC program USBUtil to do all this.

I would try to defrag first with Power Defragmenter cause if a game is fragmented it almost always will freeze on a colored screen.

(Motorstorm Arctic Edge i read to be compatible with OPL v428)

OK now you tell me no internal, LAN is faster straight from computer HD rather than USB to ps2 because ps2 uses USB1.1, so even using the external from PC over LAN is also quicker.

Also, in that list I found some games with a called "HDL Patch".. Whats that? Can that patch make my games run better?

thats Hard Drive loader prolly, i just found that list today. Its been awhile but if i remember correctly DNAS IOPRP are images files that can prevent the game from working cause its trying to go online or something like that.

Its been awhile since I've messed with my PS2.
