To make it work on hdloader you have to rebuild the game and integrate the program in it.
And then use your USB as a memory card

Just to tell you I've never used that program because I have 64mb card and I don't need to save somewhere else.I've never been interested of that program.
I think you just have to make image of the game,patch it with the patcher and install it....read the thread there.
