I currently have no USB drives big enough for use with any ISOs. Is there a way to burn my ISOs to DVD (with the ul.cfg file and all) and play it as if it were played off a USB drive?

I think, that will not work since the drive normaly is handled in another way, than Mass-Storage-Drivers.
Also OPL's USB-Drivers need the FAT32-FS, so you need a way to emulate that, or a way to handle the drive.
Both is not present (yet) in OPL.

    So,... "No, there is not."

    Wait a minute...

What about burning the game files along with ul.cfg on a disk and giving the pc disk drive a share name (PS2SMB default) and share the files over network. I know he said USB device but this could be an alternative if the concept is proven.
    Don't get me wrong;...

That should work, for the read-only-stuff.

Well, if it's possible for you, why not just run your games off the PS2's CD/DVD drive?

If it's an unmodified PS2, then using ESR (With FMCB used to boot it) would not be a bad choice.
