This is for windows machine only...
type cmd and hit enter
now type the line below on the command prompt:
--Change f to the drive letter of your flash drive. look at 'my computer' to see the correct drive letter. The above line will only check all gamefiles on your flash drive.
to check fragmentation on ALL files on your flash drive root directory, type
--again, change f to your flash drive letter if it is different than f. f is just an example.
--it will report to you if ALL the files are contiguous or not. If all are contiguous, it just says all files are contiguous. The name of the files which are fragmented will be displayed including how many fragments the file was broken into.
--this is useful in identifying which files are fragmented especially when using power defragmenter.. It has been correct and accurate for me so far... hehehe...
