Super Bust A Move 1 a problematic game with OPL , some details –

howdy OPL devs , a problem game for OPL is Super Bust A Move 1 ............i spoke to jimmikaelkael over a year ago about it and i did some detective work on it but came up short as i have a compiled a ' debug OPL ' along with Wireshark to capture where it was getting stuck.
Where it was getting stuck in a regular compile of OPL , in the debug version it was getting past and running the game so capturing with Wireshark was no go.
Ill list some points to what is going on...............
1. With a regular compile of OPL it cycles through the debug colors then goes Black like its going to successfully boot , but after that it comes up Purple and the goes Black again after that the Controller Analogue LED shuts off
2. Ive ran SBM with PCSX2 emulator and the first thing that pops up is a Memory Card Check , its seems the problem lies there
its a great game worth fixing , i hope to see it running in OPL some day in the future

Well if you can compile your own and assume you can try without VMC

V10 SCPH-50001 with Network adapter SCPH-10281 500 G HD
PSP 3000 9G 6.20 PRO CFW Perm
Unofficial FMCB v1.8C OPL self compiled HD and SMB preferred
Is how all good gaming systems came to be

I was talking about compiling OPL without VMC support maybe it is causing problems with your game just a guess but have seen a few games that don't like it

im having a problem compiling , i get an error message and cant finish the process...................i think its cause the ps2sdk/ps2toolchain are outdated. Like i said im not a Pro at compiling , i am using a environment by loki7777 which was great when it was first made but i think its outdated and i cant compile newer OPL's.
I currently use yoshi314's to ' pull ' sources and compile but thats all i know how to do on his environment , if anyone knows how to get loki7777's to build newer OPL sources let me know

hi Rand , thanks for your patience with my noobness for Linux........... i have downloaded a updated loki environment and edited the OPL VMC to VMC = 0 , i then compiled the source and tested. Unfortunately still wont budge , it still gets stuck at the same point it was worth a shot though.
At least now some more progress has been made on this title................
thanks again for your tips and help Rand it is much appreciated
