    So would it be reasonable to conclude that If I encountered consistent stuttering in my tests that most SMB users will experience the same?

    I ask because I'm preparing to publish my test results (not comprehensive obviously) of about 150 games and the stuttering issue is pretty much the only thing I'm not certain about.

    The alternative would be initially posting just the list of stuttering games here and asking for corroboration from other users before I start adding everything to the database.

    It would seem so if your model stutters most should or will but remember that you get best connection with no activity on PC and crossover cables

    It would be best results for stand alone server for PS2 only

    Very true, although the majority of the games I tested (~2/3) still did not stutter at all, even while downloading from the Internet at maximum speed through a router and with 100% CPU load from compressing ISO images in the background!

    OPL is really quite impressive, I must say.

    (Oh, and I've got a case & motherboard I'm planning to turn into a dedicated PS2 server at some point, with a 350MHz-rated 5e crossover cable)
