PS1 Games and HDP?
PS1 Games and HDP? –

well i have the Legit Discs to Chrono Cross (if people doubt me i will got as far as taking a picture of me holding the game case and disc! >_<) but Gamestop stoped Long ago selling PS1 memory cards. and for the moment im at a part of the game that freezes on my PSP every time no matter how i build the eboot (where you defeat Miguel at The tower of Geddon and the one dragon saves your party it goes white ther freezes then my PSP Crashes)
ive tried getting PEC and any PSX emulator to work but cheats will not enable! and before you guys flame me for using cheats. i've played and beaten chrono cross so many times legitly dont i deserve to play it with cheats just once without getting fanboys ripping me a new *Poohole*?
as for the side propblem (PEC and PS1 emulatiors just not liking one another i posted that and awaiting an reply over at the ngemu forums)
but back to the main question. Is it possible to use HDP as an Virtual PS1 memory card for both Gameshark for PS1 and the game itself?

HDP (and any other MCSIO emulators+gui/launchers) was designed for PS2 games, not PSX games.

i think it is more feasible to use pc psx emulator atm. hacking ps1drv to make it save to ps2 memcards/usb is just not feasible. maybe ffgriever's new emulator will provide such feature.

Any news on the emulator? Any pre-official post to get the latest news?
