Project Clarification

Just curious to know if this project is merley the Memcard emulator or if there is an HD game loader as was originally intended to become when the project was started and if not what progress has been made towards this goal?

i've looked over the topics and sometimes it seems as if the latter may exist but there's no definate info

also is there still a CVS server as the one on krevniks post seems to be dead

If I remember correctly the first intention about this project was to allow your to run ISO's from hdd(not like formatting the HDD in PS2 file system and installing games for HDloader)like having game ISO on your PC formatted hdd(NTFS)and with that program to make the games work but I don't know what happen and this program becomes just an memory card emulator.

personally, i have no idea where is this project going, since it has different set of tools for different things.

afaik, so far it's centered around virtual and standard memcards and their emulation. it would be neat if it provided means to launch the game off original disk and replace the memcard driver dynamically, instead of having to hack the iso (something like what hdloader does, apparently).
