your modchip is still working. install freemcboot in a memory card and DISABLE the mochip by holding start until DISABLED appears on the screen, then RESET the console and try again

Hi guys! I solved my problem!

I've used the uLE to format the HDD. But when I connected it with the WinHIIP I saw the partition created by uLE is a Toxic one. So i formatted the HDD with WinHIIP as an HDLoader partition and games are working fine
Including the Metal Gear's Skating Boarding - but you can't exit and return to the main game

hello i'm here to ask about wild arms 5 i'm using opl ver 1.8 and when i load wild arms 5 it's started smoothly and when i entered an event in celestial peak the screen just black out i tried to change the game settings but no luck if someone know how to fix the problem about the black screen i appreciate the help

I never played WA5 so I can only figure some reasons. I can try use WinHIIP and defrag the parts of the game - if you are using a internal HDD - or this can be a bad rip. I think you could open a new thread, because your problem is different from the current topic.

First off, you can't be using OPL 1.8 since it doesn't exist ... Hopefully, you're using a revision of OPL 0.8 between r503 (i.e. official release) and r637 of the OPL 0.9 betas. With that said, Wild Arms 5 should work perfectly in each of those. I recently beat Wild Arms 5 with r590 without issue-- no compatibility modes and VMC enabled. Sudden black screens can mean anything from using cheat codes to a bad rip. And opening new threads instead of derailing existing threads is a good way to get help faster since most people here consider it rude and will ignore you (I almost did).

yeah i just noticed that i got confused with the versions and i will download that opl ver 0.8 or opl ver 0.9 to try it out thaks for the help
