plain and simple: the needs to be pc side app that cam manipulate the card...faster transfers and no corruption, i for one have had a hell of a time inserting 4mb of save i had previously into my vmc, ule always gets part of the way then hangs...leaving the vmc corrupted, i dont know the ins and outs of hex-editing the corruptiion away...is there a quick answer you could post, like what exactly do i do in winhex to fix the corruption pretty plz?

Sorry, but once you have the corruption it is to late to do anything, as no one really knows how to clean that up. What you should have done is to backup the VMC file before attempting to add stuff with uLE, so you can revive that backup for a new attempt.
In such a new attempt you might want to try copying saves individually, rather than as a group, and in varying order, making new backup after a successful transfer (or a few). For such frequent backups it is probably best to work with VMC files on a PC, mounted over host:, so that you can use the faster copying methods of the PC for each backup/restore.
Note that in such work you only need to remount the VMC after restore operations (to recover from corruption), but not after the backups, since those don't change the file.
Ideally such care in working with VMCs should not be needed, but as I've explained many times before the VMC driver of uLE is still in an early beta stage, and since I am not the one developing it there is little I can do about it. I just merged the beta driver into uLE, but Polo35 is the one who wrote it, and I think he has had too little time to spend on it, for quite a while now. This is unfortunate, but out of our control.
Best regards: dlanor
