    Hi,
First at all thanks a lot for the application it is great!
The PES2011 used to work fine with OPL 0.7, now I updated it to 0.8 and the game doesn't work anymore.
When I select to play the game I start to see different colours screen and then it stop in a red screen and freeze there.
Does anyone any idea what I can do?
Right now I come back to the 0.7 to play it.
    Thanks,

    Cristian

I would assume ul format, since OPLv0.7 didnt support ISOs.

But cnieva needs to give more info if he wants to get any help. Like what device did he used to play it from or is a modchip in his PS2. Knowing the details of his process to play a game will help developers to know where to look if something has changed that could possibly affect how a game might run.

As JNABK said, give the mode used (SMB/USB/HDD), the console type, if you have a modchip, and what version of PES2011 (give the game code) it is, as I have PES2011 myself working in 0.8 ...

@JNABK : I meant he possibly converted it to ISO to try it out with OPL0.8. But it's most likely in UL format still.
@cnieva : PES 2011 works with me perfeclty in UL format. Mines is the pal version, is there an NTSC version? That could be the problem. It could also be a user issue or an incompatibility issue. Like JNABK said, more info is needed
EDIT : izdubar beat me to it lol.

Mine is PAL too, I'm not at home so I can't give the game code, could you put yours here.

And one remark, don't start the "ISO vs UL" thing please It was already discussed in two others topics. Even when you only say "works for me in UL format" it suggest it could not in ISO, which is not the case !

I don't want to start getting annoyed with this subject, so I insist:

ISO format has the exact same compatibility as UL format.

ISO format has the exact same compatibility as UL format.
While this is true for the most part, the compatibility of either ISO or ul Format is the same IF the source was the same in creating both. We know people download stuff and they sometimes get games from different sources. As much as we tell them those "aquired" games are not reliable to report as not working, they do it anyway.

Some people may also use a patched copy and an unpatched copy, then find some difference, but this too is something to consider before making a report of incompatibility of a game.

So if anyone does have both formats and finds one works / one doesnt, then you have a bad rip for the one not working!

Just thought i'd toss that little bit of info in there.

    Hi,
I'm using a Kingston 16gb USB, with the game in UL.
The game is the PES2011 PAL Spanish, this is the first file name "ul.703BD29A.SLES_556.38.00".

The PS2 is a fat one from US, I bought it in 2000.
How I can get the PS2 version and the modchip name -I don't remember it-?

I boot the PS2 with Free MC Boot, then I open the OPL, and then I run the game.
In 0.7 it works fine, and in 0.8 the colours screen started to appear and after a few seconds it freeze with the screen in red.

    Thanks,
