OPS2L only boots into "Settings" Menu

I've looked everywhere online for a solution to this with no promise. When I launch Open PS2 Loader from my flash drive it only boots into the "Settings" menu and not the actual program. How do I get it to boot correctly? Thanks.

go in "settings" under "Default Menu" you can use what menu you want to come up......

And don't forget to save settings or will boot to settings again
