OPL on PS3?

Is there any way possible to use this with something other than swap magic on the ps3 like action replay max or codebreager or gameshark to load the elf file? If not where can I get one I have had no luck finding one?

If any of those other 'cheat' appps are able to boot a PS2 program from a USB device, then yes you should be able to use one instead of SwapMagic, but i dont think anyone has successfully booted OPL (or any other PS2 homebrew apps) from anything but Swapmagic thus far.

I thought someone posted in this forum about trying the AR MAX Mediaplayer and it wasn't working.
I'm not sure what the issue was, but I thought he/she tried multiple USB-Devices which were recognized by the PS3, but not by ARMAX.

Still,... I'm also interested in more reports about this (if anything other than SwapMagic is compatible...).

How do I need to set up the games on the hdd? I cannot seem to find any info if they need to be in flders and what to name them.

You can find out how to set up both USB and SMB for PS3 useage, as its the same way the PS2 uses it. Heres a direct link to the User Guides:

Use the Navigation Bar's drop-downs to find info on the various options.

The PS3 cant use an Internal HDD, so dont bother with that part.
