Try reinstalling to PS2SMB with USBUtil 2.0 That is what I use and never had problems with it so far

Is how all good gaming systems came to beYour initial setup looks like correct.
You better try to use "wireshark" to capture network traffic, then do a save (pcap format) and put it here.

I don't know why but wireshark do's that sometimes
When having network problems seems to help OPL

Is how all good gaming systems came to beJust thought this would help others. When I had the same 'no items' problem on Win XP Pro SP3, despite the fact that I knew everything had been setup correctly, it was a permissions issue because I forgot I'd deleted a few in attempt to stop other people on the network messing with my PS2SMB folder. The permissions options don't show unless you deselect 'use simple file sharing' in windows explorer:
Tools > Folder Options > View > Untick 'Use simple file sharing'
Curiously if I leave simple file sharing on OPL only ever shows 'No Items' despite the fact everything else is set up correctly.
Now:
Right click PS2SMB > Properties > Sharing Tab > Permissions button
Depending on your accounts you may need to allow full control to Administrator and read only to Guest (that is the minimum I need enabled otherwise OPL will show 'No Items') If OPL is still listing 'No items' then in the permissions window press 'Add' then 'Advanced' then 'Find Now'. Your computer will search for all Relative Distinguished Names (I believe they are called). Select them and go through by trial and error until OPL sees your installed game. If still shows no items do the same in the Security Tab of the Properties Window
