    Change this on Pc side gateway 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.146 it should help and OPL gateway to 192.168.1.144 then maybe no conflicts I hope

    So your router is 192.168.1.1 right if not gateway wrong

    If your router has firewall you have to give PS2 permissions don't know why not working for you. hope someone can answer you thou.

    Well on last try try turning you last digits on PS2 side below PC side.
    maybe router confused on witch is suppose to be server

    PC 192.168.10.200
    255.255.255.0
    192.168.10.100

    PS2 192.168.10.100
    255.255.255.0
    192.168.10.200

    How mine is set and it works with public beta and compiled types but like I said I am using crossover cables
