Either this exact flag is here, and it tries to force the 100M full duplex, but it has been reported that this doesn't always work for some configuration.

Or, the flag is not here, and then OPL will use the network negotiation process, which may end in many possible configuration (10M, 100M, half or full duplex, ...)

That has not been committed to the main branch is volca said it is not stable and working correctly and that would cause problems with everyone who is testing the new changes of that branch
