    you can leave it there. it doesnt matter i think.
    i have tested it, i leave the original multi.elf in the "MODULES"-folder.
    it works....
    You dont need to reformat the .iso with USBUtil or USBExtreme.
    Put the .iso in the "CD"-folder that is in your USB-root and it works with OPL.
    But dont forget to defragment the .iso after you put it in the "CD"-folder...

    ps. yes, you can leave the multi.elf in the modules folder, you dont need to delete it.
