OPL easy HDD VMC configurator on PC

Well it's in the title, I'm a C beginner. And I did a little program to help to configure VMC for HDD with crazyc's branch of OPL.
Just unzip the folder READ the README and enjoy it, report bugs here and post suggestions here. Don't forget it's still a beta.

Note that I am not the author of the hdl_dump.exe file, I just picked up it here http://hdldump.psx-scene.com/ .

It's missing msvcr100d.dll, so maybe you can add that in a future revision.
Question, i've got these lines in the VMC0.txt file

Code:

SLPM_663.74_HDD_VMC0=SLPM_663.74_VMC0.bin
SLPS_252.42_HDD_VMC0=SLPS_252.42_VMC0.bin

Where exactly do i put them in the conf_opl.cfg file? Top or Bottom?
