    Hi, I'm a big fan of OPL and its features, so I decided to create this tool to create cfg files of the games.

    It is based on the template by Jay-Jay's to create cfg files.
    Can not modify VMC Memory Card, because it depends on OPL.

    Features:
    - Create a file cfg
    - Edit a file cfg

    requirements:
    . NET 4

    If you find a bug, let me know.

    any suggestion is welcome
    enjoy it

    I am glad someone was able to make this, My attempt sucked... Java doesn't seem to be my thing.

    You could try to implement the VMC by having the program use the Game ID and put it into blank spaces, that could be changed to other numbers, then saved as a string in the CFG like OPL does it. I have manually put this into several CFG files that I did by hand, installed the game to internal HDD, then configured the game in OPL for VMC and it took right to it as it was already in the file.

    $VMC_0= **** _ ***.** _0 $VMC_0=SLUS _212.16_0
    $VMC_1= **** _ ***.** _1

    I would also give the idea of changing out the "Scan" for "$Compatibility", but I am not sure how OPL adds the numbers together to get their Mixed Number that is in the CFG file. Scan would go better as being something added into the Description area instead of taking up another Layer when people make Skins for OPL. The more layers, the more glitchy the Skin. Also, Most people adding the Scan info are going to be adding more than just a single Scan Setting in if the game can be played on different settings, Especially if they have TVs with different Settings in different rooms. I have a friend that has a 1080p in his living room, but 480i's in bedrooms. He claims that they don't need to have the extra resolution in bed or the kids room, it's less appreciated there.

    *Edit
    Sorry about shooting from the lip on adding $Compatibility, I was struck stupid and didn't see it in the picture. I Apologize.

    **Edit
    Playing with the program a little bit, I would say to add what the Aspect Modes are for those that don't know that S=4:3, W=16:9, W1=16:9+PS2rd.

    I also thought of adding this line in the cfg file, but does not help much, since OPL automatically add any of these options when creating the VMC in Game Settings:

    $ VMC_0 =???? _???.?? _0
    $ VMC_1 =???? _???.?? _1
    $ VMC_0 = generic_0
    $ VMC_1 = generic_1

    if you add any of these options and you forget to create the VMC, OPL throws an error, to avoid this disable this option in the application.

    about Aspect Modes, place your mouse over the tab control and wait one second to display the information

    I just updated all of the CFG files that I already had with this, I noticed that it works Specifically with Jay-Jay's Themes. If you're using Mr.Cordas or one of the others, you will need to Check the 3/10/17_E***.png/jpg files to make sure that they read Esrb on the files and in the THM CFG file or they wont display the Teen icon.

    If will be next version i want to see in it "completion" option. I use that as attributeimage to show which games i had coplete. "Completeion=" by default is uncompleted and "Completion=YES" completed.
