I have to beg to differ on that kadorna2 HxD opens full ISO fast like in seconds now finding what to change is time consuming ;)
For sure, HxD is by far the best hex editor around. I've been using it for many years!
For a free editor,I prefer Mad Edit.
It support text and hex editing mode,open huge files instantly and have undo\redo functions which work even after you save the file.
Just tried opening 4GB image and it too me less than 2 seconds and the saving was instantly
I am having a problem with themes in 0.9.1. The game list displays, as does the themes background picture, but none of the themes will display the cover art and other gui elements are also missing. Any idea why?
check display settings they have to be turned on first before they display.
All art has to put in ART folder;)
I found the problem, 0.9 uses a completely different theme file format. I've downloaded some new themes and tried to convert one. I'll let everyone here know how that goes when I get a chance to test them. Maybe I'll try to write a converter, but if I do, it will probably be command line based for Linux and Mac.
CONFIRMED... The new themes and the one I converted manually all work...
UPDATE: I have posted a script the converts OPL 0.8 conf_theme.cfg files for use with OPL 0.9 in the "Share your Theme ART - OPLv0.9 beta" thread.
It is here -> http://psx-scene.com/forums/f150/share-your-theme-art-oplv0-9-beta-80461/
(Sorry that is not clickable, I can't post links yet :( )
It works on my Macintosh and also on my SuSE Linux 11.4.
