    brandname of USB drive.
ps2 model with chip or without.
That game from the link because I only have 1gb flash drive(but I can try disgaea with some editing or some cd game)
When I try it from USB the app freezes and when I try SMB,the game don't appear.

About the drive...I have no idea but it works fine on any other app.

Well, I do have games less then 4gb. Splinter Cell Double Agent is one of them and I use it to test the USB, but for me SMB is far more important, because I have a PC that is 24/7 on, have enough space to store all games Im playing and its faster then the usb

@lee4, I did test the Mode 1 with Double Agent via USB and SMB and with Persona 3 FES over SMB(P3F works flawlessly when I disable my modchip), in all tests it freezes right after I press X to start the game.

With modchip enabled does the game list appear when you use SMB?

Yes, they do appear even with modchip enabled. Maybe there is something wrong with your configuration on either Open PS2 Loader or Windows shares.

The share name is PS2SMB and I can see that I have connection between the PS2 and the PC from Computer Management=>System Tools=>Shared Folders=>Shares

On the second screen, you have wrong GW(gateway) - 192.168.0.1 It must be 192.168.0.2 if your PS2 is directly connected to your PC thought cross-over ethernet cable, that is. If you are using a router, then maybe this is the problem. Check the router settings if you are using one.

vsub - is your ps2 and pc on a network? Router or crossover cable?

if router, what is it's IP, the PC's IP that the router gives it via DHCP? some where you've mucked up and probably don't have everything in the same IP range.

I'm using direct connection with cross-over ethernet cable...and why it should be 192.168.0.2 isn't it suppose to be 1.I didn't type a getaway on the PC side but that's how it always worked on Ule,SMS and CodeBreaker.

with crossover cables, your gateway will be your pc IP. so you will have to set your pc ip twice in open ps2 loader.

Sorry it's actually set on 192.168.0.2 as PS2 getaway and PC IP(I used pcsx2 to show a picture of ops2l but didn't think that there will be a differences)

Have connection again but no game list
