I just want to try the app,not use it(maybe if the problem with modchips is fixed and added the ability to load games from hdd).
I have fat PS2 with 500GB hdd full of more than 130 games,so it's not a problem if that app don't work for me(I have only 4 games that don't work on HDLoader and my laser don't have any problems)

If you want to just try it, why not temporarily disable the chip by means of it's software? almost all of them have some way to do this.

I think I already said that but I can't.It says in the instructions that I have to hold start when I'm turning on my PS2 and a message "Disabled" will appear(and everything is as it says)but the problem comes when I reset my PS2(as it says)to start the PS2 with the modchip disabled(it says it will be disabled but the chip is still working, like I didn't disable it)

I thought that maybe I didn't solder every of the wires correctly but I check it again and according to the scheme everything is correctly soldered

I can easily make the switch but it will be better if the app worked even with modchip enabled(I'm not the only one that can't disable the modchip and some of them don't have enough experience to make the switch so they are on the same boat as me...they can't use the app with modchip enabled)

Всъщност на теб кога точно ти забива програмата? Когато искаш да стартираш игра или още при пускането на самата програма? Ако е като стартираш игра, натисни триъгълника и включи Mode 1 да е ON и пробвай така да стартираш играта.

P.S. Sorry for non-english, but that way its easier for us to understand one another, we are both from Bulgaria Just asked him when the program freezes - at start up, or when booting games and if its the second to try with Mode 1, the alt. EE core.

    Im cool with that.
Too bad I cant test games via USB, because the bigest pendrive I have is only 4gb and most of the games are more then that. SMB on other hand works like charm. Just tested the lee4's report about Mode 1 and it did NOT worked fo me. Still freezes when trying to boot a game.

Don't you have any game that is less than 4gb?
You can try with this game but I don't know if that game actually works on this app
