    Is there some reason my posts from last week with links to my compatability lists have been removed?

    I wasn't saying I don't believe you, I'm just saying that it seems to be a hit or miss for the game. Hence why I put "Try it and see" under comment.

    Code:
    int EjectTray()
    {
        unsigned char cmd, out[0x10];
        int res;

        cmd = SCECdTrayOpen;

        res = sceCdApplySCmd(0x6, &cmd, 1, out);

        return (res > 0) && (! out[0]);
    }
    The code can be executed on both IOP and EE but sceCdApplySCmd hadn't been declared within SCE's tlibs headers while it had been implemented in the libcdvd library. S-Commands can't be found in standard SCE's documentation too so it's definately undocumented trick. I wonder how they passed through the SCEA's QA doing such tricks in their game.

    Btw, there is the module cdvdverb.irx to enable a lot printf/Kprintf calls in cdvdman. It is useful to see what's going on in cdvdman at runtime. Furthermore it's almost easy to write a similar tool for an IOPRP's cdvdfsv module. The main code should do this:
    Code:
        void* lib;
        int (*cdvdfsv_4)(int arg);
        int ptr;

        lib = GetExportTable("cdvdfsv", 0x101);

        cdvdfsv_4 = NULL;

        if (GetExportTableSize(lib) == 6) {
            cdvdfsv_4 = GetExportEntry(lib, 4);
        }

        if (cdvdfsv_4 != NULL) {
            ptr = cdvdfsv_4(0x80);
            if ((ptr != 0) && (! (ptr & 0x3)) {
                *(int*)ptr = 1;
            }
        }
    But this code can mess up thing once it's calling an incompatible cdvdfsv module ("rom0:CDVDFSV" and so on).
    Just an update:

    1. The game resets the IOP with "rom0:UDNL cdrom0:\IRX\IOPRP300.IMG;1" immediately after it's loaded (Like most games would).
    2. It's confirmed: The blue LED of a fat PS2's eject button will flicker just when the "True Blu" screen is displayed.
    3. This game can be run by OPL and PS2ESDL on my SCPH-10000, so that's evidence that the current implementation of the (simple) tray state handing code used by both loaders is sufficient to run the game.
    4. There really is no code to eject the tray... at least not from the IOP.

    Maybe there's some encrypted module that's loaded later on, or the command was sent from within encrypted code on the EE... but whatever it is, I don't see any code that calls sceCdApplySCmd() or any function that can be used to control the tray.

    I can't hear whether it's the tray being ejected or the hardware was just being reset either (My SCPH-10000 is just too quiet). :X

    I don't think that I can test this on my SCPH-39006 console as it's currently not wired to a television set, but it certainly doesn't run on my SCPH-77006 console (Freezes as described by other users).

    You both state RL2WCE as working but are you able to access all the options at the title screen? i'm only able access instant action if there's a disc in the tray. If it fully usable provide proof by video or screen cap of the other menu items being accessed.

    Asking reputable people to provide proof of what they say is a bit of an insult, i only gave video proof of my Slim running CB Wrath of cortex, as i myself found it hard to believe at first, so i just made it as "just for the hell of it", not that i needed to prove my word is good.

    I would ask a noobie or a less experienced user to give proof, but not well known experienced users. Anyone who told me i had to give proof of what i said to be true, i'd tell them what they can do with thier request, but then thats just my personal feeling on the matter.

    It's not a insult it's simply a request / question to provide more info, stating working isn't enough if the game is known not to work at other points.
