Im using CNET CLD 101 250GB NAS cross over, final fantasy 12 fmv, GTA San Andreas freezing and some games stuttering on OPL 0.8 official and IGR is not working on all games.

With r590 on a BC PS3 (CECHA01) IGR kicks me back to the XMB with error code 80028F17 (An error occurred during the start operation.)
I've not had much luck getting 0.8 to work at all on the console so I don't know if IGR behaves properly under that but will update this post if I manage to test it successfully.
I'm actually running the OPL ELF from a SWAPMAGIC folder on a native VMC (copied there using uLE with patched USB drivers) - I couldn't get this working on my PAL 60GB but it worked straight away on my NTSC one.
Since OPL is clearly able to run from the MC when invoked by Swap Magic, surely the IGR shouldn't differ too much?
Open PS2 Loader 0.8 freezed because of similiar game name.
I have "Capcom Classics Collection 1" and "Capcom Classics Collection 2" installed on HD. OPNLD freezed at loading game list. After renaming the two games to "Capcom 1 Classics Collection" and "Capcom 2 Classics Collection", OPNLD works fine.
I tried twice to start OPNLD with the two games in my HD and got the same freezing problem. Then I tried with HDLOADER. HDLOADER didn't freeze but only display "Capcom Classics Collection 2" on the screen. I guessed it might be resulted from similiar game names, so I did the renaming. Then I found the problem is solved. Can you reproduce it ?
Put back those similar names, and try again.
I don't think this bug is "valid", sometimes OPL froze, that's all. I don't have in mind any concern with "similar names", even not with identical names (and different game code).
I guess that OPNLD only check (roughly speaking) the first 13 to 16 characters of game names. HDLOADER is roughly the same, except similiar game names won't freeze PS2. Why do I guess so? I also have "Castlevania-Curse of Darkness" and "Castlevania-Lament of Innocence" installed on my HD. The two Castlevania games does not have any problem with OPNLD and HDLOADER.
I will make further test later and post the result.
I haven't done the actual re-test. Just one thing occurred to me.
When OPNLD freezed my PS2, the actual game names on my HD should be "Capcom Classics Col. 1" and ""Capcom Classics Col. 2".
