Hi!
This is not actually a bug, but you can made work Suikoden 4 from HDD wich is only works from disc before your great app.
I found some year ago a first 4 .hack// game (Infection/Mutation/Outbreak/Quarantine) has no voiceover if played from HDD.
I search the patch but noting found.
I try with this loader, try all modes and try from HDD and USB in ISO mode, but I get same result.
In a near future it try the game ps2rd debugger and maybe give a clue the problem is in the game or the loaders not compatible with that.
In a past if found the voiceover files is in a VOICE and VOICE_E folder on a disc
and a game code has absolute reference to it everywere (like "cdrom0:\VOICE\INU.BIN").
I got problem with all of my games when I play by mode SMB all movie and audio from games lag . I got PS2 fat model schp-39004 + network adapter + 160 GB ,OPL 0.8. I test network connect and all is ok . I change consol from FAT to Silm borrow of friend and It ok normal buffer all audio na movie .Are any fix for it ??????
Sorry for me English

SLUS 207.80 (R-Type Final) [39001-HDD] [Rev 522] - Can't get at intro movie anymore after the memorycard check. With and without VMC enabled. Works fine with revisions below 522.
Update: Problem fixed at r523 with Jimmi reversion from r522.

I just posted a problem that it's happenig when i use IGR function while testing games or switching games
the real post is http://psx-scene.com/forums/f110/ps2...28/#post645659 (PS2 FAT v7 with ocasional problems acessing to HDD)
I don't intend to double post, bur it crossed my mind, it's possible that IGR function is messing with my HDD drive or Network adapter.
"When i change from one game to another sometimes i lost acess to the HDD, and even if i swith completely off the ps2 and turn on again i can't acess to HDD (neither with OPL, HDLOADER or uLaunch).
I have to remove the Network adapter out and in again to gain HDD acess.
Is this normal problem? is this a symptom of a bad ps2 network adapter, a HDD problem (i don't have any problem acess HDD content with windiip), or a PS2 problem??
This happened several times in the new year party playing some BUZZ and Singstar games in HDD."
Sounds like your NA may be going bad. I had the same thing happen to me, but found i just didnt put the screws in the NA and it just wasnt a tight enough connection. Maybe try the screws if you havent screwed them in, just dont over tighten them or you will have the same effect.
A good way is to tighten is with a fingernail, this way you cant over tighten them without hurting yourself.![]()
