No ul cfg file?

So, I've recently been able to mod my PS2 using the very well unknown quad swap method. But, onto topic.

I have OPL on my flash drive, and I can get ISO's to load (that are under 4GB, of course), but I can't get converted files to load (The ones that are split into 1GB parts(by "load" I mean, show up in the list of games)).

I've been googling this issue for about an hour, and the only thing I see different with my setup, is that I don't have a ul cfg file. Is this my problem? And how would one go about acquiring this file?

I forgot to mention that USBUtils gives me some error about the file being empty when it's done converting. Don't quite know if this would be related.

ISOs are placed in the CD and DVD folders,the other format(with ul.cfg)are is placed outside of those folders(regardless of what they are...CD or DVD)

Also,with that format there is bugger chance that the game becomes fragmented
