You can't, simple as that.
And also do not ask for binary's on here, it's against the rules as it is easy enough to compile them yourself, there are several options available to do that.

If you had read it correctly it said the fix for SO3 was to undo an earlier rev that broke support for it.

Most proper multi disk games have a save option before they require a change of disks, thus there is no problem with most of them. All you need to do is rip an iso/or use usbutil whatever for both disks of your game, when you come to the end of a disk save the game, reset OPL and load the next disk and carry on.

If I remember correctly, is to point all videos to the smaller one.
Since the USB of the PS2 is ver. 1.1 is slow for movies playback, some games have really long FMVs and watch them in USB mode is a pain, other games freezes on FMVs; some games crashes if they are ripped from all FMVs so the solution is to point all videos in the disc to the smallest, any time the game requires to play a FMV plays the small one.

i hope they make a solution to this problem ,, for example make it in lower reslution automaticly ,, or make some optimization
i dont know but it would make it perfect
