How to upgrade from OPL 0.8 to 0.9?

I installed the FMCB noobie package which was bundled with OPL 0.8 but would like to upgrade to 0.9 and I'm having a little difficulty as my attempts up til now are just loading 0.8 still.

So, what files/folders do I need to replace/change etc to load up 0.9?

If your Free McBoot MC is in slot 1, navigate to mc0:/boot/OPL.elf. If it is in slot 2, navigate to mc1:/boot/OPL.elf.
I'm not exactly sure of the name but that should be what it's called. That is the 0.8 version just rename the 0.9 version and replace the old one.
