How do you get the game with Iso to work on usb hard drive. I been using usbutil and Im able to see them. I just drag the Isos to the root of the drive. is there something I need to do for them to work?

I think you forgot to use the word "NOT" in that sentence, as it is impossible to see any ISO games when you do what you say you did.
Read the guides for how this is to be done, instead of asking questions that those guides have already answered in full.I just drag the Isos to the root of the drive. is there something I need to do for them to work?
In short:
The guides clearly state that ISO games must be placed in subfolders named "CD" and "DVD" in order to be recognized. And the filename of each ISO file must also be constructed according to special rules (described in the guides), so that OPL can properly identify each game.
