I just need a tutorial for exactly how to take my backups from iso to the opl format. Im using usb extreme. I tried it with the game persona 3 fes. It didn't show up on the list of games, which i already have 3 non 4 gb games. Basically, i just need a walkthrough on how to convert and move my opl files.

If you have iso, and you use USBExtreme, the only way is to mount your iso in a virtual drive like deamon tools.
Otherwise use USBUtil (2.0 is english), there you can convert your iso to "ul" format like USBExtreme...

    EDIT:

Or look here, there are some other tools with tuts....

Sorry, i do have USB util. What i wanted to ask, is what do i do with the ul format? I already converted the iso to ul format, and just moving the files to the dvd folder did not work. Do i need to have a seperate file? Is there something im doing wrong? Please explain...

Put ul format files in the root of the USB device, not in folder.

DVD Folder is for ISO game format.

    You donīt need to hope....

you donīt need to convert your games and then copy it, just select in USBUtil your Drive.....

But donīt forget, if you convert games, there exist then an "ul.cfg", that you must copy to your root of your Drive too....

P.S: If you already have some games converted on your drive, just select in USBUtil "File --> open gamelist <ul.cfg>", then browse to your drive, select your ul.cfg and klick "load".
Your game-list loads in USBUtil, and then you can convert new games......

Warning!!! If you convert games first on your PC and then you copy the games to your drive with the "ul.cfg", the old ul.cfg will be overwritten and you see only your new converted games....

    [QUOTE=LopoTRI;1038739]You donīt need to hope....

Okay, so i tried what you said and my game showed up

    However.......

Now when i go to open the game it says ERROR, file is fragmented. I went to the official opl website, and i used aus logics disc defrag to defrag my usb drive. However, it still says that the file is fragmented. Am i supposed to defragment the 00 files themselves? Or is it that im not fragmenting the drive right?
Hopefully if i can get this answered all my problems should be gone...

In order to the defragmentation process work properly, it needed enough free space available in your USB stick. In some cases the easiest way is simply format the device and put all the game files again in it.

If i get a fragmentation error, i defragment the game itself (iso or ul*.00, ul*.01...) and not the hole disk with auslogic and the error disappears....
But how GillBert say, it must be enough free space on the disk (you can see when auslogic report the status)...
