OK so every time i use IGR to any game i just boot back to ps2 browser even though i already set up IGR path on opl settings to the following:
1.) mc0:/BOOT/BOOT.ELF (this is my ulaunchelf file) this file is existing
2.) mc0:/APPS/BOOT.ELF (this is my oplelf file renamed to BOOT.ELF) this file is existing
i even follow the instruction of one of the member here to put file in this path mass:/IGR/BOOT.ELF (this is a copy of opl renamed to BOOT.ELF)
but still no luck.
i have a ps2 schp-90006 model with modchip and bios v2.30 if this will help.

Ok couple ?
1 is it official or Rev of OPL
2 you are saving after you create path
3 it is correct path check with uLE to find out
Just to let you know if you did save that it should work if you have the paths correct
1.) ive tried it in both official and rev 630
2.) yes i always save changes within opl settings (i even look at it using text editor in uLE and its there)
3.) where and how will i check it with uLE?
use text edit to look at OPL settings for OPL and at top of uLE you can navigate to path and look at top to see correct path to enter in OPL
But like I said the way you put it at the top should work ok unless for some reason it is not saving properly?
BTW in OPL you have to have it exactly as you do at top or it will always boot back to browser
Check exit path with text edit I am uploading mine so you can see
It works for me but you must have it in the boot root of what your auto for it to work correct of most recent and in the OPL folder for Official

sir can you kindly set some examples? because im having a trouble understanding english since its not my native language.
thank in advance.
EDIT1: i have seen your .cfg that what i have done before and im 100% sure that i save that cfg file. the only thing that differs is yours is in mc1 and mind is mc0 since i put my mc on slot 1 i believe there is no problem from what i did. im already confuse
EDIT2: what im trying to achieve is to boot back to opl after IGR'ed any game so i can select other games or select/launch other apps like sms etc. (which im already doing).
Check your conf_opl.cfg and find exit path with either uLE text edit or transfer to PC and use word pad to check if nothing is their then
it is not saving or it is not in folder of OPL

im 100% sure that the conf_opl.cgf file is properly saved inside OPL folder and checked it with text editor and the path that i inserted is there.
Maybe your mod chip is doing something to OPL that is all I can come up with
You are the first person in a long time to say OPL IGR is not working properly
I boot my with FMCB so if you can install that and try again with mod chip disabled
Dang forgot you have bios 2.30 you can't boot without mod chip maybe try something like
mc0:/OPL/OPNPS2LD.ELF

That's how it's here...pressing the IGR combo, return be back to OPL.
1.Is the path you set,the path for OPL?
For example,if you set for IGR path "mc0:/BOOT/BOOT.ELF" that means that OPL is supposed to be located in the first memory card,in the BOOT folder and his name is BOOT.ELF(everything is case sensitive...even one wrong letter will make it not to work)
2.You are just trying games that don't work very well with OPL...I think I have games that behave that way(rather that returning to OPL when I press the combo, the PS2 is rebooted to FMCB and the hdd is turned off)
3.Even one wrong letter in the IGR exit path will case this behavior.

Some games do not react on IGR, some do and lockup during reset procedure and some restart the console properly.
Using the GUI to set the path is working fine. Just make sure the chars are upper case for the path, that the slash heads to the proper direction and it is fine.
I am using "mc0:/BOOT/OPNPS2LD.ELF" here, as I prefer to know what a binary is doing
