Games larger than 4GB on External HDD

Ok, stupid question time!

I finally got my Swap Magic 3.8 discs and OPL0.8 works great on the PS3.

I've started ripping my games to my PC so I can play them from a USB HDD, and I noticed one of them might be a little too big (Suikoden III - SLUS_20387) as it came in at exactly 4GB according to the properties window. Tried to copy it across and got the dreaded error of it being too big for the target filesystem (FAT32).

So how do I copy/rip games of 4GB or higher to my USB HDD for OPL to use?

The process is the same for both the PS2 and the PS3 on them playing games. You need to use a USB Extreme compliant installer (recommened is USBUtil 2.0), heres the User Guides page for USB Formatting and Installing.
