    added, built fine.

the scripts are in place, but it's hidden from casual users.

maybe i'll enable it later on, though.

Openbittorent tracker is down at this time, dont know when it will be up, so i added other public trackers. File in torrent is the same as before, nothing was changed, so you want be downloading it again.
I'm currently leeching it than there will be seeding from my side but can I suggest you something... Can you please try uploading/downloading a file here removed (check your PMs for some more info).
This site is accessible worldwide and my experience is that is very fast from across the world too... So why not to stay there and don't rely on the torrent thing (you know, lot's of users don't actually keep things alive as they should)...

Would it be ok if someone that downloads from your torrent uploads it to filesharing sites and posts back here??

Torrents fail without a good number of seeds or users limiting their upload speed, etc.

I only have tried yoshi's VM and works fine, thx yoshi314.

    no problem

    a bit more updated version
    http://dl.dropbox.com/u/3873935/vm-20100423.7z

it gives some extra instructions on start for casual user, and has volca's opl build support, although it's not advertised to the user via instructions (apt linux users will quickly figure it out).

the actual system is ~60mb, but the image got bloated to ~100mb due to fragmentation on hdd image i caused during installs . i'll have to work this out.

test this one to destruction, as it is pretty fresh so there might be various bugs in

You can use a 4share account, if the filesizes are not over 200MB each...i think thats the limit on a free account. You can split a rar of a large file into those smaller 200MB size and share a very large image that way. The Max size space you get is 15GBs.

my ISP has something against 4shared. i cannot get on my account at all :/

    (i can from work, though).

edit: actually it seems that firefox at home doesn't like it somehow.

the file size concern was mostly due to the fact that previous version was ~60mb

I had trouble with Firefox and 4shared too, but had no problem with Opera's browser.
