Is how all good gaming systems came to be
I would check the options have not used that software but may be disabled by default so someone can not mess up the image![]()

Is how all good gaming systems came to beUnless there is another option panel I am missing, the main options doesn't give me any switches to hit. I'll keep on jabbing at it. I want to see how CDmage could make this process for me easier. If not, then I'll stick to my other workaround that I listed on the first page of this post as a tutorial.
Update:
I got it! Finally! What I was doing wrong (well that was the old method) was that I would select all the files on the right window and then right click and select Extract. The new method is: I need to do is on the left window and select the Track 1 (yada yada yada). and select Extract Track, that will give me the options to convert or more like extract the files as Mode1 or Mode 2.
Thanks again!![]()

You could've saved yourself some time if you would've read my post ("right-click on the image track and choose "Extract Tracks..."") more carefully...
Anyway, good to hear it works for you now! It would be great if you could change your tutorial accordingly, if you don't mind investing some more time in it...
I am not sure about changing the tutorial just yet. You see, I tested a game with only CDmage to make the changes. And when I finally created an ISO out of it, I got a white screen in OPL. So what I did next was I did it with my own tutorial above and the game loaded fine--keep in mind my tutorial is really easy to follow and it takes a few minutes to recreate it.
I think at the end of the task, ImgBurn still switches to the format we need the game to be in when we create an ISO with it. CDmage did spit out errors when it tried to convert it. I will do a bit more testing. We gotta make sure that the program itself is "idiot proof".![]()

You could also use Gnie cdvd_iml2iso
The program have some nice features including bin2iso
I tried with cue\bin game first by mounting the game and then save it as iso by using ImgBurn but the game only worked on pcsx2(on OPL I got white screen)
With cdvd_iml2iso the game worked fine both on pcsx2 and opl
Next time don't mount the Bin, simply follow my instructions with the bin file already on your PC. You won't get any white screens afterward.
If I am not mistaken (my memory is poor nowadays), but isn't cdvd_iml2iso is for converting a CD game to a DVD game? If yes, I think this is a longer way to make them work on OPL.

I had to mount it because ImgBurn can't directly convert images.
cdvd_iml2iso is used for a lot of things but to reach "convert CD to DVD" requires more steps.
For converting bin to iso requires to just select the image and click on the bin2iso button...that's all
Mount the game with Daemon Tools on PC
Create ISO from the virtual disc with IMGBURN or CDIMAGE
