Cant keep any game stable under 0.8

the first 0.8 rev is all i have atm i havent tried compiling it from the VM but,

games that worked in 7 dont work and every games intros studder,

FF10 freezes at teh verry begining before you even make it to the Blitzball Stadium. .hack// First set wont load past the begining where you gotta check tyour emails, .hack//GU wont even run they blackscreen, and GTA San andreas freezes when exiting buildings

i made clkean rips from my discs but need to make OPL work for my brothers PS2 as it no longer reads discs . (he messed w. Laser POV and the laser burnt up.) i only have 1 HDD and thats my FFXI PS2 HDD and when you swap that one it screws w/ XI.

so im stuck using my USBHDD for his PS3 (its an 2.5" Sata to USB Adapter and HDD so i cant exactly use it w/ the network adapter.)

edit: under either vers no matter the settings,when i exit teh building i saved in, i freeze and the activity of my HDD is solid.
