About LinkBackswas wondering,have a internal hard drive already has games from my disks installed by hdloader,i use freemcboot too-i have opl installed but how do i get it to read,see the games installed already or does it take a different format than hd loader?

However, in your case I think the reason you never get to see any game list at all may simply be because you have not configured OPL properly. By default none of the four lists are active (three for game loading devices and one for homebrew applications). To see any of these lists you must first configure the main settings to choose which lists are to be active and which one of them is to be the default (the one displayed on each future startup of the program).
This is stuff that was never needed with HDLoader because only one game loading device existed for it. So anyone who started HDLoader was sure to want the HDD game listing displayed. But with OPL that is no longer the case. For example: I use OPL on three different consoles, but only one of them is capable of using a PS2 HDD.
