I'm getting a freeze between i believe level 4 and 5 can't do nothing

I recall one problem with the iso i've made it was slightly fragmented although i've used auslogic to defrag first.

I have defraged the game entirely first (100% sure) then i've made the iso with imgburn and checked for fragmentation and found some that's what i don't understand
