If you have a modchip or use FMCB, you can assign a button to press on startups of the console, to boot any app you assigned a button to. If your only means of running homebrew is by a uLE disc, then you can still use it and configure uLE to assign a button press for OPL.
More info would be needed to really give you a good answer on what might be the best thing to do. Tell what console version your using, the process you use to run homebrew apps, devices, etc., anything that would give us an idea of all the options available to your setup.

Because your PS2 modchip matrix, the method of booting OPL you can do:
in MC, you create a folder named BOOT, then rename it OPL to BOOT.ELF, then copy in the folder BOOT (mc0:/BOOT/BOOT.ELF) with make use of ule
After that restar PS2 and go modchip configured by pressing and hold down triangle + circle (when the logo appears matrix), after entering configured modchip, fox BOOT MODE = DEV1, then press START to save the settings
(restar PS2) After that, you MC can use to boot automatical OPL from MC (without using ule again)
OK ( No I'm not Hijacking ) same question but with a Crystal chip 1.2 ??
@saver thanks i'm gonna try this![]()
